Bring customer experiences into your X content

Judge.me’s X Social Sharing connection lets you turn a customer review into a post on your X account. Share an individual review and adjust its text, or set automatic criteria for eligible feedback. The connection gives existing product experiences another place to be read without requiring you to recreate each review as a post from scratch.

Put useful feedback beside a product link

A homeware store can share a customer’s experience with a walnut shoehorn and include a link to the product. The post can use review details such as its title, rating and reviewer name, while your edits add the context you want for that particular update.

This shares feedback collected through Judge.me to X. It does not import X replies or reactions into your product reviews, and publishing a post does not guarantee engagement or sales.

Choose a sharing routine that fits your account

Use manual sharing when your team wants to pick and check each review. Automatic sharing supports rating, photo and verified-review filters, plus controls for how often qualifying feedback is posted.

The established workflow uses a percentage of new reviews and a posting interval. Early User Program participants can use day-and-time slots in the store’s timezone and optionally include existing reviews. The newer scheduler posts only when qualifying feedback is available, so empty slots can be skipped.

How the integration works

Authorise your X account from Judge.me, then select a review to share or configure automatic social push. The push template supplies the review information, and manual sharing lets you edit the text for that post before publishing.

Awesome users can customize the reusable X template with supported review fields and the product URL. The established automatic flow also shares the same selected reviews to other connected social accounts; the early-access scheduler provides individual platform controls.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Free supports manual sharing. Automatic sharing and reusable template customization require Awesome.

• X account: authorise the account you intend to post from through the X connection screen.

• Content: choose the review details and product link you want in the post, then inspect the final wording.

• Automation: check rating, photo and verification filters against the reviews your store actually receives.

• Early access: day/time scheduling, optional historical-review sharing and the Post activity log are Early User Program features.

• Account controls: X lets you inspect and revoke connected-app access. Removing access stops the connector from posting through that authorisation.

Already using Judge.me? Connect your X account and preview one review post with its product URL. Confirm that the correct account is selected and that the text reads naturally before sharing.
