Couldn't be happier with the features offered by Judge.me's app. After researching many other options, we ended up switching to Judge.me and it was definitely the right choice.
First tried Yotpo, the app did not work in my theme. After a week, still no solution for support. No problem, changed to Judge.me and right out the box this works perfect.
Hands down the best review app out there and definitely the most reasonable. It connects seamlessly with Klaviyo so we can integrate star rating & testimonials into our flows. The support is super helpful and will be able to sort you out with any issue that you have. 100% can recommend!
I tried Yotpo and Okendo. They are very expensive, but when I need help, their response is always slow. Fortunately, I met Judge.me, their service is really good… I love this app.
I would give Judge.me 10 stars if I could. They have been an important part of our success and growth. I tried two other review apps before Judge.me. This one is the best review app for Shopify. They are always improving and they also have excellent and fast customer support.
Judge me is much less expensive than Yotpo. They were fabulous in transferring ten years worth of reviews from Yotpo… Even after the transfer they were super responsive to customizations. Wish I had switched to Judge.me sooner.
Judge.me is everything you hope it to be. It's priced right, the integrations are great, and it really works! I have tried so many, from Loox to Fera, and more - this one is great.
