The Judge.me and Translation Lab integration translates customer review text into your store’s published languages. You can edit translations individually, translate reviews in bulk with AI, or enable AutoAI to keep new feedback translated on a schedule.
Bring existing reviews into a new market
A home accessories store expanding into France can translate its existing hourglass reviews for French-speaking shoppers. Customers can then read feedback about the product alongside the translated product page, without waiting for a new collection of local-language reviews.
Choose how you maintain translations
Edit an individual review translation when wording needs attention, or use bulk AI translation for a larger review collection. With Premium and AutoAI enabled, new reviews sync and translate every 12 hours. You can also include outdated content in your AutoAI settings. This gives a growing multilingual store a scheduled way to keep feedback current.
How the integration works
Install both apps on your Shopify store. Add and publish a target language, link it to the relevant Shopify market or domain, and connect Judge.me in Translation Lab using the requested API credentials.
Sync existing reviews and choose individual editing or bulk AI translation. Enable AI translation for the languages you want to use with bulk AI. For ongoing automatic updates, select Judge.me in AutoAI, choose your languages and set whether to include outdated content. Visit the published language version of a reviewed product to check that its review text appears as intended.

Judge.me: the integration works on Free and Awesome.
Translation Lab: available languages and review translation allowances depend on your plan. Ongoing AutoAI requires Premium and runs every 12 hours.
Storefront languages: each target language must be published and connected to a Shopify market or domain before shoppers can see it.
Translation scope: Translation Lab translates review text. Use Judge.me’s built-in multilingual widgets for labels such as “Write a review.”
