Recognise eligible product feedback with store credit

The Judge.me and Rise.ai integration uses Shopify Flow to reward qualifying reviews with store credit. Judge.me supplies the review event, Flow sends it to Rise, and a Rise workflow issues the credit you configure.

Give reviewers a reward they can use on a later purchase

A merchant can set a fixed credit amount for eligible feedback. The reward gives the customer a balance to use with the store, making the review activity part of the ongoing customer relationship. You choose the amount; the integration does not guarantee another purchase.

Control when credit is issued and how customers hear about it

Rise’s workflow settings let you add a delay, an expiry date and an internal note. You can also enable the store-credit email notification and choose its template. These controls let you explain the reward and its terms when the credit is issued.

How the integration works

Enable Judge.me’s Shopify Flow connection. Build a workflow using New review received, retrieve the associated customer details from the order when needed, and send an HTTP request to the Rise custom trigger. In Rise, connect that trigger to an Issue Store Credit action with a fixed amount.

The review trigger supplies an order ID rather than complete customer details. Shopify Flow’s Get order data action supplies the customer information needed for the Rise request, as explained in the current trigger reference. Map the resulting fields using the current guides and activate both workflows before testing.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required, with Shopify Flow enabled.

• Rise.ai: the Judge.me guide specifies Premium or above. Premium users without Developer Tools access need Rise support to enable the documented route before building it.

• Shopify Flow: use a Shopify plan that supports Send HTTP request: Grow, Advanced or Plus.

• Eligible reviews: this documented reward workflow covers verified reviews submitted through Judge.me’s review request emails. It excludes imported reviews, reviews submitted directly on the storefront and reviews from manual review request emails. Follow this narrower eligibility scope from the Rise pair guide.

• Configuration: prepare the Rise API key and account ID, map the customer data and activate both workflows. Treat credentials as private.

New to the workflow? Install the apps, confirm access to the required plans and Rise Developer Tools, then build and test the automation before announcing the reward. This connection requires a configured workflow rather than a single install switch.
