The Judge.me and MR.POINT integration gives registered customers a fixed points reward when they leave a review. Judge.me collects the feedback, and MR.POINT adds a loyalty incentive to that activity. The MR.POINT team offers this connection as a supported customization, with paid plans required for both apps.
Recognise customers who share their experience
A toy store could reward a registered customer for reviewing a kendama. Their feedback can help another shopper understand its feel, finish or suitability as a gift, while the reviewer earns points in the store’s loyalty program.
Keep the review reward easy to explain
Use a uniform points amount so customers can understand what they earn for leaving feedback. MR.POINT’s wider loyalty program lets shoppers use points toward discounts, giving that review reward a place in the store’s existing points experience.
How the integration works
Request the Judge.me review-reward customization from the MR.POINT team, including your Shopify store domain. Agree the fixed points reward and have the team arrange the connection for your store.
Once configured, reviews from registered customers can earn the agreed points. Confirm with MR.POINT when the reward is active, then check that a registered test customer receives the agreed points.
Before you connect
Judge.me: a paid plan is required; choose Awesome for this connection.
MR.POINT: a paid app plan is also required. Check the Shopify listing for the order allowance appropriate to your store.
Customer eligibility: the documented reward is for customers who have registered with the store.
Reward: the documented customization uses a fixed points amount. Agree that amount and the activation details with MR.POINT before promoting it.
Language, currency and support: MR.POINT is available in Japanese. Its app listing says foreign-currency payments are unsupported and the developer does not offer direct support in English; check that the app fits your store before arranging the connection.
