Make product feedback a way to earn loyalty points
The Judge.me and Mage Loyalty integration rewards customers with points when they submit product reviews. Set the value of a review in your loyalty program, then let Mage apply the earning rule when new feedback arrives.
Encourage feedback as part of the customer relationship
A store can make reviewing a purchase one of the ways customers participate in its rewards program. Customers earn points for sharing their experience, while future shoppers gain product feedback they can use when deciding what to buy.
Control how often the reward can be earned
Mage’s Leave a Review rule lets you choose the points amount and an optional frequency limit. For example, you can limit how often the same customer earns a review reward. The limit is a setting you choose, not a fixed rule imposed by this integration.
How the integration works
Connect Judge.me from Mage Loyalty’s integrations area and authorise access. In Mage’s earning rules, open Leave a Review, choose Judge.me as the review app and set the points value. Add a frequency limit if needed, enable the rule and save it.
When a customer submits a product review, Mage awards points according to the active rule. The connection gives Mage access to the review event; the earning rule defines the reward.
Before you connect
Judge.me: the Free plan supports this integration.
Mage Loyalty: use Starter or higher, as specified in the Judge.me setup guide.
Platform: install both apps on your Shopify store and authorise the connection.
Earning rule: select Judge.me, set the points and enable the rule. A saved connection alone does not configure the reward.
Scope: this workflow rewards product reviews. Set and test any frequency limit before promoting it.

New to either app? Install Judge.me and Mage Loyalty, choose the required plans and connect the accounts. Configure and test your reward before adding it to customer-facing loyalty messaging.
