Make new product reviews a way to earn loyalty points
The Judge.me and Love Loyalty integration rewards customers for new verified product reviews. Set the points value and decide which review content qualifies, including a rating, text, photos or videos. Love Loyalty manages the earning rules and points, while Judge.me manages the reviews.
Encourage customers to show the product in use
A garden store could create an earning rule for a photo review of a bird feeder. Customer photos can show its size and how it looks in a garden, giving future shoppers useful context alongside the written feedback. You can also configure earning rules for video reviews.
Fit review rewards into your points program
Choose a customer-facing title and points value for each Leave a review rule. You can have a default review rule and an additional rule for reviews with photos or videos, so your reward settings reflect the kinds of feedback you want to encourage.
How the integration works
In Love Loyalty, add Leave a review as a way to earn. Set its title, points and required review content, choose Judge.me, then connect and authorise access. Save the rule and check that the connection is active.
When a new verified review meets the rule’s conditions, Love Loyalty awards the configured points. For a separate photo or video rule, select the required media and set its points value. Test your rules together to confirm the points a qualifying review earns.
Before you connect
Judge.me: Awesome is required.
Love Loyalty: Professional or higher includes the integrations used for this connection. Check the app listing for current order allowances.
New reviews only: reviews submitted before the connection became active do not earn through this integration.
Eligibility: the review must be verified and meet the content requirements in your earning rule. A rating requirement means the review includes a rating; it is not a requirement for positive feedback.
Activation: keep both apps installed and active, and save your earning rules after connecting.

New to either app? Install Judge.me and Love Loyalty, choose Awesome and a qualifying Love Loyalty plan, then create your review earning rule.
