Reward product reviews through your existing loyalty program

The Judge.me and Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards integration lets customers earn loyalty points for submitting eligible product reviews. Judge.me collects the feedback, while your Yotpo Loyalty custom action defines the reward. The connection is for Yotpo’s loyalty product, formerly Swell.

Give loyalty members another way to earn

A home accessories store can let customers earn points by reviewing their new bookends. Reviews become another activity in the same loyalty program those shoppers already use, with the reward defined in Yotpo Loyalty.

Choose the feedback that qualifies

Use Judge.me’s reward conditions to select eligible reviewers and review content. For example, a store looking for more shopper photos can make media part of its review eligibility criteria. Only submissions meeting your selected conditions qualify for the configured reward.

How the integration works

Create a Yotpo Loyalty custom action called “judgeme_review”. Obtain your Merchant ID from Yotpo Support and your API key from Yotpo Loyalty, then add those credentials to the connection in Judge.me.

Enable the integration and review the reward conditions. Customers sign up for an account on your store and can earn points by submitting a qualifying review. Keep customer accounts enabled in Shopify so customers can join this workflow.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Yotpo Loyalty: Premium or Enterprise is required for this integration.

• Customer accounts: enable Shopify customer accounts; customers need to sign up to receive points through this connection.

• Connection details: the Merchant ID must come from Yotpo Support. It is different from your Account ID.

• Reward scope: configure the custom action and review eligibility before enabling rewards. This page covers Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards, not a transfer of reviews into Yotpo Reviews.
