The Judge.me and ConvertWay integration sends automated SMS review requests after an order is fulfilled. It gives stores that collect customer phone numbers a way to invite product feedback through text messages. Judge.me controls the review-request wording and schedule, while ConvertWay provides the SMS delivery flow.
Add a text invitation to your post-purchase experience
A craft store could ask customers to review a sewing kit after they have had time to use it. Set a suitable delay and write a concise invitation that makes the purpose clear. The connection handles sending requests for fulfilled orders, reducing the need to prepare each message manually.
Make the request sound like your store
Choose the sender name and adjust your SMS request content in Judge.me. You can also control how many requests are sent per order and their timing. This lets you fit review collection into your wider customer communication plan without relying solely on email.
How the integration works
Connect ConvertWay in Judge.me using the license key from your ConvertWay account. Then enable the Judge.me Product Review flow in ConvertWay and configure SMS requests in Judge.me. Both the connection and the flow need to be active.
After fulfillment, requests follow your configured schedule. Check their sending status in Judge.me’s review-request history. Judge.me remains the place to collect and manage the resulting product feedback.
Before you connect
Shopify: install Judge.me and ConvertWay on the same store.
Judge.me: the Awesome plan is required for SMS review requests.
ConvertWay: choose a paid plan that includes the Judge.me Product Review flow. Its Enterprise plan lists access to all automation flows; messaging charges apply.
Customer phone numbers: the order needs a usable customer phone number for the SMS request.
Activation: save the license-key connection, enable the review flow and configure the requests in Judge.me.
Get started
Already using both apps? Complete the connection and enable the Product Review flow. Check your sender name, message content and request timing, then fulfill a test order with a phone number you control. Check that the SMS arrives at the configured time and that its sending status appears in Judge.me.
New to either app? Install Judge.me and ConvertWay, select Awesome and a ConvertWay plan with the review flow, then configure your messages. Review the sending schedule before turning on requests for customers.
