Bring new customer feedback into your team’s Slack workspace

The Judge.me and Slack integration sends notifications when new web or email reviews arrive. Your team can see the rating and written feedback in Slack, then use the included link to manage the review in Judge.me.

Give customer feedback a place in the daily conversation

A support team can spot a new review without continually checking the review dashboard. Each notification includes the reviewer name, product title, review title, body and rating, so the team has useful context for deciding who should follow up.

Move from an alert to the review that needs attention

Notifications show whether the review is published or hidden under your moderation settings and include a moderation link. The team can open the review in Judge.me to act on it. The alert is a route into that workflow, not a claim that Slack itself edits or replies to reviews.

How the integration works

Open the Slack integration in Judge.me settings, choose Add to Slack and complete the connection flow for your workspace. Judge.me then sends notifications for new web and email reviews.

Notification styling distinguishes four- and five-star reviews from one-, two- and three-star reviews. The review details remain available in the message, so your team can read the actual feedback rather than relying only on the rating.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Slack: use a workspace where you can authorise the connection. Workspace app-approval rules and the Slack Free plan’s app allowance still apply.

• Review sources: this integration sends notifications for new web and email reviews; it is not a historical review import.

• Moderation: the notification reflects the current publication setting and links to Judge.me for review management.

Already using Judge.me? Open Settings, Integrations, Slack and choose Add to Slack. Submit a new web or email review, check the notification and open its moderation link.

New to Judge.me? Install the app and choose Awesome, then connect your Slack workspace using the guide. Agree with your team how it will use review alerts alongside existing support conversations.
