Keep customer feedback with shoppers throughout your mobile app

The Judge.me and OneMobile integration brings product ratings and reviews into your Shopify store’s mobile app. Shoppers can see ratings while browsing, read detailed feedback on a product and submit a review without leaving the app.

Help shoppers compare products before opening a page

Star ratings appear on product cards in OneMobile’s listing pages. When a customer browses a collection, those ratings give them another way to assess an item alongside its image and name.

On the product detail page, the full review section shows written feedback, review dates, attached images, the review count and average rating. A shopper can move from a quick impression to the detail behind it.

Collect feedback from customers who shop in your app

Customers can submit new reviews directly through OneMobile. Their feedback appears in your Judge.me dashboard, bringing app contributions into the same place where you manage your other reviews.

If you use moderation, new reviews need approval before they appear publicly. A short sync delay is also possible, so submitting a review does not mean it will appear immediately.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me in OneMobile using your private API token, save the connection and turn it on. OneMobile reads your review data to display ratings and review content; reviews submitted in the app return to Judge.me.

The connection covers both listing-page ratings and product-detail reviews. Preview a product with existing feedback, then check the submission route and your Judge.me dashboard before making the experience available to shoppers.

Before you connect

• Plans and platform: use both apps on your Shopify store. Judge.me Free is supported; the integration requires a paid OneMobile plan.

• Existing content: use products with ratings and reviews in Judge.me to check the display after connecting.

• Publication: Judge.me moderation still applies to submitted reviews, and syncing can take a little time.

• Support ownership: OneMobile develops and maintains this connection.
