The Judge.me and LoyaltyLion integration turns eligible customer reviews into loyalty activity. Judge.me checks your review reward conditions, then sends qualifying activity to LoyaltyLion. Your custom rule determines the points, approval method and earning frequency.

Reward the customers who share their experience

A homeware store can add reviewing a purchased teapot as another way to earn points in its existing loyalty program. Choose which customers and review types qualify in Judge.me, then set the points awarded in LoyaltyLion. The reward recognises participation; it does not depend on a review being published.

Choose when and how often points are awarded

Set a frequency limit so repeated reviews do not earn points without a limit. Choose immediate approval to award points automatically when LoyaltyLion receives the activity, or use pending approval when your team wants to check the activity first. These controls let you fit review rewards into your existing loyalty rules.

How the integration works

Create a custom rule in LoyaltyLion with the identifier “judgeme_review”. Set its points value, approval method and earning limit, then create a LoyaltyLion API key and add it to the connection in Judge.me.

Enable the integration and configure your reward conditions in Judge.me. When a customer submits a qualifying review, Judge.me sends the activity to LoyaltyLion for processing under your rule. Review publication and loyalty-activity approval are separate decisions.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• LoyaltyLion: Classic or higher is required for this integration and its custom rule.

• Eligibility: both the reviewer and review must satisfy your Judge.me reward conditions. A review does not need to be published to qualify.

• Approval: immediate approval awards points when the activity reaches LoyaltyLion. Trigger approval keeps the activity pending until you approve it.

• Earning limits: configure how often review activity can earn points; connecting the apps alone does not define your reward policy.
