The Judge.me and Kangaroo Rewards integration rewards product feedback through your loyalty program. Choose points or coupons, set the qualifying conditions and decide how different reviewer groups can earn. A review must be published before Kangaroo awards its reward.

Match the reward to the feedback you need

A music store could offer points for a metronome review or a free-shipping coupon for a qualifying review with photos or video. You choose the reward and content conditions. Coupons can also provide a percentage or fixed-amount discount, giving you options beyond points.

Set different rules for reviewer groups

Kangaroo separates reviewers responding to Judge.me requests, verified buyers and other reviewers. You can configure the reward for each group, while Kangaroo’s priority rules determine which single category applies. A review does not earn all three category rewards.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me in Kangaroo’s Apps & Integrations settings, enter your shop domain and authorise access. Configure the points or coupon reward and conditions for the reviewer groups you want to include.

After a qualifying review is published, Kangaroo checks the applicable category. Request-based reviews take priority, followed by verified buyers. The any-reviewer category is the fallback seven days after submission if the review has not been verified; the review must still be published to earn.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Kangaroo Rewards: the Ultimate plan is required.

• Publication: reviews must be published before a reward is issued; submission alone is not enough.

• Category priority: one reviewer category applies, with request-based reviews ahead of verified buyers and other reviewers.

• Other reviewers: allow for the documented seven-day fallback before expecting the any-reviewer reward. Configure each group’s rules deliberately.
