The Judge.me and iCart integration displays product star ratings in iCart’s shopping experience. You can show ratings on cart items and supported upsell, recommendation and bundle widgets before shoppers proceed to checkout.
Keep feedback visible on items already in the cart
A shopper reviewing a yoga mat in their cart can see its rating alongside the product. The feedback remains close to the purchase decision, without requiring another visit to the product page.
For cart items, iCart also supports displaying review counts. Choose the star-review display in the cart widget you are using.
Add context to an extra product or bundle
When iCart suggests a yoga block or presents a product bundle, ratings help the shopper assess the products in the offer. Each rating belongs to its product; it is not a rating for the cart or the combined deal.
iCart manages which offers appear. This integration supplies the customer-rating context around those offers.
How the integration works
Install Judge.me and iCart on the same Shopify store, then enable star reviews in your chosen iCart widgets. Select Judge.me where the widget asks for a review provider, and save the settings.
Cart items can use Judge.me without a separate integration step. Enable their star-review display where you want ratings to appear. Preview the cart with reviewed products before using the placement.
Before you connect
Judge.me: basic product stars and review counts are available on the Free plan.
iCart: paid order-volume plans include all features; its initial free allowance is limited. Choose the plan that fits your store’s orders.
Placement: this connection concerns iCart’s cart items and supported product widgets. A cart display is separate from the Shopify checkout page.
Support: the iCart team develops and maintains the connection and its widget controls.
