The Judge.me and Gratisfaction integration rewards customers with points when they submit product reviews. Configure the review reward inside your Gratisfaction loyalty program.

Set a reward limit for each product and customer

A store can set a points value for each review and choose the maximum number of reviews rewarded per product per customer. This makes reviewing a purchase a loyalty activity while keeping repeated feedback on the same product within your chosen limit.

How the integration works

Enable Gratisfaction in Judge.me, then connect it in Gratisfaction using the shop domain and Judge.me private API token. In the review reward settings, choose Judge.me and configure the points and per-product, per-customer review limit.

• Gratisfaction: features are included across plans, with pricing based on user count. Choose the allowance for your loyalty program.

• Reward rules: configure the points value and maximum rewarded reviews per product and customer before enabling rewards.

Get started

Already using both apps? Follow the connection guide, submit a new qualifying review with a test customer and check the awarded points in Gratisfaction. Repeat within your configured per-product limit to check how the rule handles additional feedback.

New to either app? Install Judge.me and Gratisfaction, choose the required plans and complete the connection before testing your customer experience.
