The Judge.me and GemPages integration lets you place reviews, star ratings and other supported widgets inside pages built with GemPages. Keep the freedom to design your Shopify storefront while giving shoppers customer feedback alongside your product story.
Put reassurance close to the product decision
Add the Star Rating Badge near the product name, then give shoppers a place to read the detail with the Review Widget. GemPages provides a Judge.me element you can drag into your layout and configure, so reviews become part of the page you are building.
Give a campaign page more than your own claims
A Reviews Carousel can bring customer feedback into a page built around a collection, promotion or brand story. Choose the review display that fits the page rather than repeating a full product-review section everywhere.
A UGC Media Grid can bring content from your connected Instagram account into the page, showing products in use alongside your campaign. A verified-review counter can show the volume of verified, published feedback once you have at least 20 qualifying reviews. These displays use different sources: Instagram content is not the same as photos attached to product reviews. GemPages also supports Reviews Text and medals; each widget keeps its own eligibility rules.
How the integration works
Install both apps on the same Shopify store. In GemPages, add the Judge.me element, choose a supported widget and position it within the page. Judge.me supplies the review content; GemPages controls where its element sits in your design. Review management remains in Judge.me.
GemPages v7 includes the element under Shopify Apps. Older v6 pages use the element library. Follow the guide for your editor version, save your changes and check the published page: some widgets do not render fully inside the editor.
Before you connect
Plans and platform: the Star Rating Badge, Review Widget and original Reviews Carousel are available on Judge.me Free. GemPages has its own page limits; its Free plan currently permits one published page.
Eligibility: use the widget intended for your page and product. The UGC Media Grid displays connected Instagram content, not automatically every photo attached to a review. The verified-review counter requires at least 20 verified published reviews.
Important limits: the Pop-up Reviews Widget is a separate Shopify app embed, not a GemPages editor element, and requires Judge.me Awesome. Installing both apps does not add every widget to every page.
