The Judge.me and Frankie integration adds star ratings to products suggested by FrankieAI Recommendations on your Shopify store. Shoppers can see how other customers rated a suggested product before deciding whether to explore it.
Give unfamiliar products useful context
A shopper browsing home accessories might discover a candle holder through a recommendation instead of a category page. A star rating gives that suggestion more context than its image and price alone.
This is useful when recommendations introduce products the shopper has not seen before. The rating belongs to the suggested product, keeping customer feedback close to the choice being made.
Carry ratings into your recommendation placements
Frankie supports personalized recommendations across store pages. Enable the reviews integration and choose the pages and presentation that fit your store, so product discovery can include the ratings you already collect.
Frankie provides the recommendations; Judge.me provides the product ratings.
How the integration works
Install both apps on the same Shopify store. In Frankie, enable the reviews integration, customize your page placements and use Go Live when they are ready.
Your recommended products can then display star ratings from Judge.me. Preview the placements with products that have reviews before making them part of your shopping experience.
Before you connect
Plans and platform: use both apps on Shopify. Judge.me Free supports this rating-display connection. Frankie includes all integrations from its Merchant plan, with plans based on store revenue.
Activation: installing both apps is only the starting point. Enable the reviews integration and go live with your Frankie placements.
Display scope: this connection adds product ratings to recommendations. Configure the recommendation experience in Frankie and manage the underlying reviews in Judge.me.
