The Judge.me and Fomo integration turns new, approved reviews into notifications on your storefront. It gives customer feedback another place to appear while shoppers explore your store.
Surface feedback beyond the review section
A visitor browsing a stationery store may not yet have opened the reviews for a tape dispenser. A Fomo notification can bring recent feedback into that browsing session, making an existing customer experience easier to notice.
The connection supplies customer reviews to Fomo. You can use them alongside other activity notifications you have configured separately in Fomo.
Include review text in your notification
Configure the Fomo notification template to include a short or longer version of the review text. This gives shoppers more context than an activity alert alone and lets you fit the feedback to your chosen notification style.
Judge.me remains the place to moderate the reviews. Only approved reviews are sent for display through this integration.
How the integration works
Find Judge.me in Fomo and copy the webhook URL provided for the connection. In Judge.me, open the Fomo integration, enable it and save that URL.
New approved reviews can then feed the Fomo notifications. Configure your notification template in Fomo and test how it appears on your storefront.
Before you connect
Plans and platform: use both apps on Shopify. Judge.me Awesome is required. Fomo’s Free plan includes product reviews and integrations, subject to its notification allowance.
Review eligibility: only approved reviews are displayed. Review submission alone does not make feedback eligible for display.
Historical reviews: reviews from before the connection are not imported automatically. Contact Fomo if you need a manual import.
Ownership: manage review moderation in Judge.me and the notification’s presentation in Fomo.
