The Judge.me and CASA Loyalty integration adds product feedback to your loyalty program. Set up a Review a Product earning activity, choose its points value and decide whether to restrict it to selected VIP tiers. CASA awards the configured points for qualifying reviews collected through Judge.me.
Give customers a visible reason to share feedback
A kitchenware store can include reviewing a rolling pin alongside its other ways to earn. The review activity appears in CASA’s loyalty widget and landing page, helping customers discover that feedback can contribute to their points balance.
Choose who can earn from reviews
You can make the earning activity available across your program or limit it to specific VIP tiers. Set the points value, title and subtitle to explain the reward in terms your customers recognise. These settings let the review activity fit your existing program.
How the integration works
Connect Judge.me from CASA’s integrations area and authorise the connection. In Points Setup, add Review a Product as a way to earn, configure the reward and any tier restriction, then save and activate it.
Judge.me collects the review; CASA applies the earning activity. Rewards apply to verified product reviews that meet your earning activity’s conditions.
Before you connect
Judge.me: Awesome is required.
CASA Loyalty: the current free app includes integrations; custom enterprise arrangements are separate.
Review eligibility: the integration is for qualifying, verified product reviews. Any VIP restriction you set also applies.
Activation: connecting the apps is only the first step. The Review a Product earning activity must be configured, saved and active.
Customer experience: explain the reward and any tier restriction in the activity customers see in your loyalty program.
