The Judge.me and Appstle Loyalty integration lets customers earn points when they submit product reviews. Choose the reward, set the delay before automatic approval and set earning limits in Appstle Loyalty. Judge.me’s review notifications connect the feedback to your loyalty rule.

Make sharing feedback another way to earn

A music store can reward a customer who reviews a new ukulele. The review activity sits alongside the store’s other loyalty earning rules, giving customers another reason to participate in the program after their purchase.

Control the reward and its approval

Choose a points value and the number of days before automatic approval. Limit how often a customer can earn from reviews, using the activity rule’s daily, weekly, yearly or lifetime controls. Your review-reward policy can then match the rest of your loyalty program.

How the integration works

Create the “Leave a review via Judge.me” activity rule in Appstle Loyalty. Configure its points, approval delay and earning limit, then copy the unique email address supplied by that rule.

Add the address to Judge.me’s admin notification emails and save the settings. This notification connection supplies the review activity to Appstle Loyalty for processing under your rule. Configure the reward-available reminder email if you want to notify customers after a reward is available.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Appstle Loyalty: app integrations are available on all plans, including Free.

• Correct app: this integration uses Appstle Loyalty & Rewards, rather than the separate Appstle Subscriptions app.

• Notification connection: use the unique email address from the Judge.me review activity rule. Keep existing admin notification recipients when adding it.

• Reward policy: configure the points value, approval delay and activity limit before expecting rewards. Submitting a review does not promise immediate points.
