Choose your email audience using the feedback customers leave

The Judge.me and ActiveCampaign integration adds product-review information to your customer records. Build segments from review ratings and keep the comments and product context available when planning a campaign. Judge.me collects the feedback; ActiveCampaign helps you decide who to reach next.

Give different audiences a relevant message

Create a segment of customers who left a high rating for a thank-you campaign, or identify reviewers whose feedback needs attention. The integration supplies the rating as a custom contact field; you choose the segment conditions and the email you send.

Keep the review and its product context together

The review title, comments, rating and product title arrive in ActiveCampaign. Use those fields to understand what the customer is responding to when planning your follow-up. This is review information on a contact record, rather than a public reviews widget added to your emails.

How the integration works

Connect ActiveCampaign in Judge.me using the account details described in the setup guide. When a new eligible review is submitted, Judge.me sends its information to ActiveCampaign as custom fields.

If the reviewer already has a contact record, that record is enriched. If not, the integration creates a contact with the reviewer’s email and review information. Additional details, such as the customer’s name, are not supplied by this connection. You then use the fields in your own segments and campaigns.

Before you connect

• Plans and platform: use Judge.me’s Awesome plan with your Shopify store. ActiveCampaign lists the connector on Starter and above, while its current plan guide includes basic segmentation on Plus and above. Choose a plan with the segmentation features you need; audience and sending limits apply separately.

• Eligibility: the connection handles new reviews submitted after activation, whether published or awaiting moderation. Older reviews, imported reviews and reviews created by an administrator do not activate the integration.

• Important limits: this integration does not send Judge.me review requests through ActiveCampaign. It supplies review data for customer segmentation and follow-up campaigns. Creating a contact does not automatically make that customer eligible to receive marketing emails.
