Judge.me & Joy integration

Reward approved reviews and bring them into your loyalty experience

The Judge.me and Joy integration lets you reward approved product reviews through Joy’s Write Review earning program. Choose the points and eligibility rules, then optionally add a Reviews tab to the Unified Widget so logged-in customers can write and track their own reviews.

Reward the feedback that fits your program

Set the points, minimum review length and earning frequency. You can limit the program to selected products or collections, or exclude collections. A travel accessories store could include its jewellery cases while keeping another collection outside the review reward program.

Let customers follow their own review activity

With the optional Reviews extension, logged-in customers can see their own reviews, status and earned points in the Unified Widget. They can also write a review there. This gives customers a place to follow their activity alongside their loyalty experience.

How the integration works

Connect Judge.me in Joy, then set up a Write Review earning program with Judge.me as its review app. Set the points and qualifying conditions before making the program active.

When a submitted review is approved in Judge.me and meets your program’s rules, Joy awards the configured points. To add the customer review view, enable the Reviews extension in the Unified Widget, select Judge.me, save and publish the widget changes.

Before you connect

• Judge.me: Awesome is required.

• Joy: connecting Judge.me is available across plans, but the Write Review earning program requires Essential or higher. Extra photo or video rewards require Advanced.

• Approval: pending reviews do not earn points; rewards depend on approval and your program’s conditions.

• Verified buyers: the optional restriction checks the purchased product, order email and submission through a Judge.me review-request email. It applies to new reviews after you enable it.

• Optional widget: the Reviews extension requires the Unified Widget and a configured Write Review program. Older stores may need Joy Support to enable the Unified Widget. Customers must log in to see their own reviews; this is not a public feed of every customer’s feedback.
