The Judge.me and Mintt Instafeed integration shows star ratings and review counts on tagged product cards inside your shoppable feed popup. Shoppers can move from an Instagram photo to the featured item with customer feedback already in view. Judge.me manages the reviews, while Mintt Instafeed presents their rating in the feed.
Add context to lifestyle content
An outdoor store could tag a pair of rain boots in a garden photo. When a shopper opens the post, the matching product card shows the boots’ rating and review count. The image shows the product in context; the rating adds feedback from people who reviewed that item.
Give shoppers a route to the full reviews
The popup offers a quick rating summary. Selecting the product card takes shoppers to its product page, where your Judge.me review section can provide the detailed feedback. Products without published reviews can still appear in the feed, simply without a rating block.
How the integration works
Judge.me syncs published product ratings and review counts to Shopify metafields. Mintt Instafeed reads those fields and displays them on tagged products when Show reviews is enabled for the feed.
Updates follow the rating data supplied by Judge.me, so you do not need to maintain a separate score for each post. Review collection and moderation stay in Judge.me; the feed layout and popup settings stay in Mintt Instafeed.
Before you connect
Shopify: install both apps on the same store and configure an Instagram feed with tagged products.
Judge.me: the Free plan supports this connection. Keep rating sync to Shopify metafields enabled.
Mintt Instafeed: Pro or Plus is required for product tagging and review display.
Published reviews: a tagged product needs at least one published review to show a rating.
Multiple review apps: Mintt reads the standard Shopify review field. Ensure Judge.me is the app supplying the rating you want displayed.
Get started
Already using both apps? Turn on Show reviews in the feed’s shopping settings and save. Open a tagged post on your storefront and confirm that the product card shows the expected rating and links to the correct product page. Check that your Judge.me Review Widget is installed there so shoppers can continue to the full feedback.
New to either app? Install Judge.me and Mintt Instafeed, choose a supported Mintt plan and connect your Instagram content. Tag a reviewed product before testing the popup.
