The Judge.me and Buy Again & Reorder Reminders integration displays product star ratings and review counts on Buy Again product cards. Customers can see feedback alongside items they have bought before, helping them evaluate a repeat purchase within the reorder experience. Judge.me supplies the ratings; Buy Again provides the product cards and reordering flow.
Put ratings beside familiar products
A pet-supplies store could show a cat-food product’s current rating in a customer’s Buy Again section. That customer can compare their own experience with feedback from other shoppers while choosing what to buy again. The displayed score is the product’s overall rating, rather than that customer’s personal review.
Carry feedback into your reorder experience
Use the existing ratings you collect through Judge.me within Buy Again’s supported widgets. You can choose the star color and position on the product card to fit your store. Keeping feedback beside the product means customers can check a rating without opening a separate product page first.
How the integration works
Choose Judge.me as the rating source in Buy Again and connect it using the private API token described in the setup guide. Buy Again fetches the average rating and review count for each product. Ratings refresh when the relevant page loads or reloads.
The integration supplies average stars and review counts to the reorder display, rather than a list of written reviews. Buy Again remains responsible for purchase history, the products presented and the reorder experience. Its reminder features and supported placements depend on your Buy Again plan; the rating connection does not itself send a review request or a reorder reminder.
Before you connect
Shopify: install both apps on the same store and configure the Buy Again experience you want customers to use.
Judge.me: the Free plan supports this connection.
Buy Again: product ratings are available on all paid plans. Starter includes ratings; additional placements such as POS and Shopify Plus checkout require Growth or above.
Product feedback: prepare a product with existing Judge.me reviews so you can check the display.
Returning customers: use an appropriate customer account with past purchases when testing the Buy Again section.
Get started
Already using both apps? Select Judge.me, enable the connection and open Buy Again as a returning customer. Check the rating and review count against the same product in Judge.me, then reload the page to verify the customer-facing display.
New to either app? Install Judge.me and Buy Again, choose a paid Buy Again plan and set up your reorder placement. Collect reviews for a test product and prepare a customer purchase history before checking the connected experience.
